easy crochet baby booties - crochet with passion

If you are learning how to crochet, there are some things to consider that will make your crocheting experience easier and more fun. Once you have learnt these stitching types you will see for yourself that how many different designs you would be able to create without having to consult others for your own creativity.

If you are trying to read and understand a crochet pattern, the best way is to have both the written instructions and the symbols handy. When you finish the crocheted item, take a picture of it and keep it in a photo album so when someone asks what you crochet, you can show them. If you are working with specific colors, you can not guarantee that you will be able to color match exactly the yarn you have been using.

Even so, you may still need to play around wth the tension - adding or reducing the number of stitches until the tension square matches that in the pattern. Purchase some yarn, hook, and a beginner s book of basics and you ll be well on your way to furthering your skills. For beginners, it may be best to first attempt to crochet a dress for a small child.

Learn to crochet and you ll discover a passion that you ll have for a lifetime. There are some great resources out there.
